I ordered from Icoice and the shipping was frustrating. I was already kind of in a rush to get the package, so the lack of tracking updates made it even more annoying. The delivery ended up coming later than the date they originally showed, and I kept having to check on it myself. The item was fine once it finally arrived, but the whole delivery process felt slow and a bit stressful. Not sure I’d order from them again.

I was contact icoice.com about an issue and the reply took way too long. I send a message and then didn’t hear anything for days. When they finally got back to me, the answer was short and it wasn’t really fixing my problem. I know companies get busy sometimes, but I feel like I was having to keep chasing them just to get a basic response. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I was expecting better customer service...

For the price, I’m happy with it and it does what I need. It’s not the fanciest thing out there and there are a few little rough edges, but for what you pay, it works fine and feels like a solid deal

I had to send one item back because I picked the wrong size. i was mostly paying attention to how they handled the return, not all the extra details, and they made it really straightforward. I emailed them and got a same-day reply with clear instructions, no back-and-forth or weird excuses.
Once I shipped it back, the refund showed up a few days after they received it. It was easy enough that I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again, especially knowing the return process isn’t a headache

Got this and it was pretty much what I was expecting. The quality feels good in hand, if that makes sense, and so far it has been working fine with no weird issues. I’ve been using it daily and it just does what it’s supposed to do. I’d give it 5 stars.
